Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Mourns the Passing of Two Former Jesuit Faculty Members
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ mourns the loss of Fr. Anthony Aracich, S.J. '53 who died suddenly on Thursday, September 12. A graduate of the class of 1953, Fr. Aracich served as a member of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ faculty from 1984 to 1989. Fr. Arachich taught German and Italian in the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Language Department.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ also mourns the loss of Rev. James J. DiGiacomo, S.J., who passed away on Sunday, September 15. Fr. DiGiacomo was a long-time member of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Theology Department, serving as a member of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ faculty from 1977 until his retirement in 2003.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
