Â鶹ÊÓƵ Mourns the Passing of Two Former Jesuit Faculty Members

Â鶹ÊÓƵ mourns the loss of Fr. Anthony Aracich, S.J. '53 who died suddenly on Thursday, September 12. A graduate of the class of 1953, Fr. Aracich served as a member of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ faculty from 1984 to 1989. Fr. Arachich taught German and Italian in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Language Department.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ also mourns the loss of Rev. James J. DiGiacomo, S.J., who passed away on Sunday, September 15. Fr. DiGiacomo was a long-time member of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Theology Department, serving as a member of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ faculty from 1977 until his retirement in 2003.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
